A tasting of each barrel is made to select the barrels that will be aged for the minimum of 7 ½ years needed for this exclusive apple brandy.  All of our apple brandies, and it particular our 7 1/2 year old, should be positioned among other premium brandies from around the world, such as Cognac, Armagnac and Calvados.
