Laird Applejack was historically nicknamed “Jersey Lightning”. This 100 proof (50% alc), clear, un-aged Brandy is the pure expression of our apple distillate. It explodes with the aroma and flavors of cooked apples, figs and peaches. It can be consumed neat, ice cold, or as an ingredient in cocktails. It creates a perfect twist for traditional rum and gin cocktails.
