Our Extra Brut Sparkling White is made in the Charmat method from 100% Chardonel grapes. It is unfiltered, and bottled with no dosage, making it one of the driest bottles of bubbles you'll find. This wine is clean and crisp with a tart, exotic tropical fruit profile, sharp acidity, and refreshing finish.
