Holland’s Ghost , Holland’s Milkman, Holland’s Blade Rummer and Maison de Cuivre

The Holland’s Series is our industry leading line of whiskies developing unique finishing techniques. The Holland’s Ghost was inspired by a legendary 1960’s bourbon with a blend of 70% corn, 15% wheat, 15% rye and finished in a stout beer cask to add a barley note. We expanded on that finish with a 25-year-old rum cask for Holland’s Blade Rummer and a milk stout barrel for Holland’s Milkman. The Maison De Cuivre is our 100% corn bourbon finished in red wine casks. Finishing times vary but are a multi year process.
