We are a grain to glass distillery. Everything we have sold has been made by us. We have a proprietary four grain bourbon recipe and multiple other recipes using different heirloom grains. All of our bourbon whiskey is over 3 years old, with proofs ranging from 86 proof to over 125 proof. Our distillery also has a wide variety of different finished whiskies such as toasted barrel finish, honey finish, coffee finish, wine finish, port finish, hot honey finish and more to come.
